|Robert Mark Andrzejewski, age 52, of Pickford, Michigan, died unexpectedly while out duck hunting on November 9, 2013 on Munuscong Lake. Robert was born February 22, 1961 in Bay City, Michigan.
Bob grew up in Bay City and Linwood, Michigan. He lived for many years in Ypsilanti, Michigan where he learned his trade as a cement mason from mentor and brother-in-law, Dan See. He worked in construction mostly on poured concrete structures. About ten years ago, he moved to Pickford and worked for Island Masonry and Maleport Construction throughout the Eastern Upper Peninsula.
Bob loved being outdoors hunting and fishing. He loved his dogs but also cared for many animals from home including chickens, geese, turkeys, other birds and even squirrels.
|Bob is survived by his father, Ronald (Geraldine) Andrzejewski of Pickford; brothers, Mike (Rosalie) Andrzejewski of Kawkawlin, Michigan and Dan (Lisa Wolf) Kozak of Carrollton, Michigan; sisters, Jennie (Fred) Maus of Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Margie (Del) Middleton of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands; several nieces and nephews; and fiancÚ, Ramona Reetz of Pickford. His is also survived by step-brothers and sisters, Dick Barber of Bay City, Kris McDonnell of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, Dan (Kathy) Socia of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Karen Lacklin of Pickford, Gail Kovak of Pickford, Mike (Paula) Socia of Oscoda, Michigan, Denise (Darrell) Harp of Pickford, and Gary (Brenda) Socia of Pickford; and step brother-in-law, Bob Reinhardt.
Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Ann (Nowaczyk) See; step-father, Doug See; step-mother, Marian Andrzejewski; and step-sister, Susan Reinhardt.
|Visitation will be held Sunday, November 17 from 3 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Reamer Galer Funeral Home, 24549 S. M-129 in Pickford.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, November 18 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, 12841 S. Traynor Road in Goetzville, Michigan with Father Sebastian Kavumkal celebrant. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. at the church.
Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Goetzville.
